Hello Dominic! Here is a first sketch for your custom snowboard 🙂 I went for a 168 with 27.2cm waist width. Let me know if that’s enough for you? You have a pretty big stance width, so I think the length is not too crazy, we could also top the 170 if you feel like. The shape is let’s say twin-directionnal, a tiny setback and taper that you barely can see. About the structure, I’d recommend a camel core profile (reduced thickness between the feet), to make the board nimble and playful, for some happy side-hits freestyle. Purpose Shape Rider Terrain

I love side hits, wedges, slashes, spins and butters. Pretty much everything expect an even slope. I do some carving but not in a traditional way more like generating speed for the next slash. Powder days are too rare nowadays. I’m currently riding a Burton Custom 166W which I pretty much like and could be a starting point for the real custom board. It’s probably 10 years old and pretty beaten up but still working fine. I’ve a tendency it could be a bit longer and for sure wider that’s the main point. I would like to go more towards a twin shape at least optical but still could be directional. I ride a fair amount of the time switch.
